Hi, my wife got a new BB and I inherited her 7100i. Is there an easy way to delete the calendar, phonebook and address book entries to input my own info?

Click on Settings / Options / Security / General Security

Click the trackwheel and select "Wipe Handheld". All customer data will be erased but the applications and OS will remain.

First of all, it would be best if you had started a new post, so more people would see your question.

Second - what are you trying to do? Start at the beginning (I got a new BB, model xxxxx on carrier yyyyy).. Tell us EXACTLY everything you've done to date.

Well I haven't really done that much with it I have only had it for a few weeks now!I was trying to make a e-mail address and I punched my pin# in the e-mail address!

i don't think that you will be able to make up your own email address on it because the pin is registered under her name on the nextel bis server, someone could correct me if i'm wrong. you would most likely need to set up your own blackberry account in order to use the full features of the blackberry

yep e-mails only go to the phone with the pin and imei that is set up.you could change it or make a new one at blackberry internet service on the web.only if you have a acct.
