Duplicate Contacts

I sync my BB with Outlook. In my contacts list in outlook, I have 5 different contacts folders (work, clubs, personal, etc). Some of the contacts are in several of the folders and when I sync, their contact info will show up several times.

IE- John Smith is in folders:"Contacts" & "HRC" & "FCI", when I sync his contact information shows up 3 times.

Under Address book options, I have selected "NO" on allow duplicate names, but they still are there.

Now what??

I am having a simlar problem, I get Outlook nice and clean and sync then duplicate contacts appear. I have found that the problem is my sync is including my SIM.

My question to the forum is how do I delete ALL of my SIM contacts on the Blackberry 7130c so I can do a nice clean sync?
