7130e dial tones - can they be turned off?

I love my new Blackberry, but I want to make it possible for me to dial a number without having the dial tones making a ton of noise. I haven't been able to find a setting to remove this yet. any advice?

No can do...that is a serious flaw with not just that device, but the 8700 series too, and it has yet to be addressed in any firmware update..
