I have 2 problems. Firstly, I woke up the other day with 2 e-mail accounts on my 7105t. I never created either. I'd like to know how to delete these. Secondly, I want to setup my own e-mail, when I go to the tmobile site and try to set up "Blackberry Internet E-mail", I get the error

We apologize, there was an error trying to access the service. Please click here to try again.

Can anyone shed some light?

What are the @<hidden> email addresses, tmo.blackberry.net,yahoo.com or goole.com?
They will appear after you register you bb with one of these addresses.

One is tmo.blackberry.net, the other is 3pointfinancial group.com. And I've never registered my blackberry with anything.

sounds like someone gave your PIN # instead of theirs (got a letter wrong) and T-Mobile created an account for them using your info

definitly call T-Mobile and let them know this...if i was the owner of the 3pointfinancial group.com i'd be upset that someone else was getting my email

Cool. I will let Tmobile know about it. Also, can someone let me know how I can make my own email? lol

What email? I never got any emails in the "ghost" accounts except for the welcome. When I try to setup email on t-mobile.com it gives me:

We apologize, you do not have access to the My E-mail service.

Please use the e-mail solution provided with your wireless handheld.

Where are you getting that message? From your handheld when trying to set up e-mail via "Setup Internet E-mail"?

It may or not be relevant that I bough this handset used.

ah...that may be why
call T-Mobile and have them get rid of the account that's currently using your PIN

once this is done you should be able to create your own account...and if you can't have T-mobile escalate the issue till you can ;o)

What should I tell T-mobile though? As I'm not sure if T-mobile allows the resale of phones.

Call wireless provider which sold you SIM with BlackBerry Data plan, they should be able to help you- you are paying customer, right?

The Sim is from my old phone, for which i've had for about 3 years. I just threw the sim into the 7105t
