7250 Setup Help

I just got a BB 7250. I am technically challenged. I hope this post is in the right catagory.

I read through the forums but couldnt find an thread about my goals.

My goals:

1. To set up my Blackberry to recieve/transmit e-mails from Outlook 2003 and my AOL 9.0 account. wirelessly.

Is this possible? Step by step??

2. To modify and create contacts via my computer via USB to BB.

3rd party software? possible?

First you might want to install the Desktop Manager software to sync with you computer, then read through the following: BlackBerry 7250 - Getting Started/User Guide (http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgecenterpublic/livelink.exe?func=ll&objId=1244918&objAction=browse&sort=name) lastly setup your BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) Account.
