Using Level 1 for Urgent emails

Hi there,

How do I set my 8700g to notify me with a special tone for emails sent as "urgent"? I guess I need to use Level 1 notification?

You need to setup a filter on the device so that messages sent with a high priority are sent as level 1 messages.

Messages -> Options -> Email Filters -> Create a filter here

Set your profiles to play a different alert on level 1 messages.
