Help with Email for Sprint 8703E

I am a new blackberry user and new to blackberry forums. I am having all kinds of problems getting my corporate email to forward to my blackberry. My employer does not have capability of forwarding emails and when I try to set up my blackberry, it does not read my exchange server. The problem with my exchange server is that it must start with https:, I cannot access email starting with http:

When I contacted blackberry support, they suggested that I have email forward to my blackberry, but my email does not have that capability.

Are there any suggestions for being able to retrieve my corporate email?

So you said that your employer doesn't allow forwarding of emails. And you want to get your email off the corporate server?

-You might have better luck contacting your employers IT group for specific instructions and info on what you can anc cannot do

The Blackberry web site has a technical support page also.

I tried setting up my email with BIS, and it now reflects my email, but about 1 hour after it was setup, I received an email that says that my password was changed. I don't know what to tod.
