Reconciliation problem

I am struggling getting reconciliation to work with my new BB. Messages deleted on my BB get deleted on my Outlook mailbox, but those deleted on Outlook do not get reconciled and deleted on the BB.

btw - I am not connecting to Exchange through BES.

under options in messages on the BB, there is an option "conflict" handheld wins or mailbox wins, pick one or the other...

I check and it is set for "Mailbox wins"

hmm...very weird then...I am no expert in this department, but it does not sound right...
