does anyone have any idea what to do??? i just spent close to $250 on this.

does it relock.. or something.

Sounds like it was never unlocked. Perhaps you can try someone else's SIM card to make sure as occasionally you get an old SIM that needs to be replaced/upgraded.

Go to Options->Advanced Options->SIM Card and type MEPD. You should see a list. Is everything set to deactivated or disabled?

Contact the seller. Ask why it isn't unlocked.

Devices don't relock. Step one is to verify that it's really unlocked. Once verified you'll need to check out the SIM card and the device.

i just read some posts, it was never unlocked...
