Redirector question

Hi, my compant currently does not have BES, so I am getting company email from redirector. My question is, if my laptop (at the office) goes into standby from not being used, will redirector still work? Kind of like, when I close the refrigerator, does the light go off?

Redirector won't work if the laptop goes into Standby or Hibernation. Disable both and lock the laptop when not in use is your best option.
