Unable to sync address book

I keep getting this error while syncing outlook .
check the attached outlook jpg.

It means you have one of these going on

1. Not enough storage space on the BlackBerry device.
2. Invalid characters in name or address fields.
3. No First Name, Last Name, or Company has been entered for the contact.
4. The device database is corrupt.

I had a customer with the same problem, we had edit some entries in outlook.
The Phone List view worked out great.

What version of Outlook do you have?

Dr. Goodtymes is right - this is an issue with the 4.1 handheld OS and you probably have a bad contact somewhere. Look for contacts with nothing in one of the First, middle, last or Comapny fields

it was the - symbol in a full name.

Anytime
