Please search. There are a lot of topics about this. Bottom line: you can't do it yourself. If you are a T-Mobile customer in good standing, you can ask them to provide the unlock for the device. Otherwise, you're looking at about $100 to get the device unlocked by Bongo Wireless or a similar service.

Is sim-locked and this lock are different? or if it is sim-locked free, does it mean that it can also use push-technology?

Let's take a step back, since you posts are a bit confusing.

What are you trying to do?

I mean if the blackberry sim unlocked, does it also mean that it is service unlocked?

As I read there're several locks on blackberries.
How can I see if it is sim-lock unlocked or services unlocked?

Here's the problem - I have no idea what this question is asking.

If a phone is SIM card locked (also called subsidy locked), it will only work with a SIM card from that specific carrier. I have no clue what "services unlocked" means.

Sorry, I meant with "service locked" that you can not use send email.
For example if the sim-card locked, then you can not use your own sim-card from another provider, it just works with one provider's sim-card.

But what I read from other threads are that also the phone can be locked to use "services" like using other network's services like sending email.

So my question is if it is subsidy unlocked, does it also mean that you can travel freely and use it whereever you want with %100 features? or are there 2 locks?
