Problem with Blackberry Desktop Manager & Outlook,

OS : Windows XP -SP2
Office XP, Outlook
MS Exchange SBS 2003 SP1
BES Server
Desktop Manager 4.2


Problem is that when desktop manager loads I load up outlook and it goes into offline mode, cannot get it to connect to my exchange server,

Close out of blackberry desktop manager, load up outlook and I am connected ??

Anyone had a similar problem.

I have the exact same problem with my personal laptop. However, it all works fine with my work laptop.
Personal laptop: Sony VAio, XP Pro
Work laptop: IBM T42, XP Pro
BB Desktop 4.2
Outlook 2003
BES: Exchange My Mail
