New BB - "Must Have" Apps?

I just got a 8700c (cingular) and am looking for suggestions for "must have" blackberry apps.

Appreciate ya'lls suggestions (as enthusiasts) for the best of the bunch. Pretty much any category.

Freeware/shareware preferred. I'd prefer not to drop $50 on an app...
