8703e Voice Quality on Verizon

Has anyone had any complaints with people hearing your voice while using the 8703e? I find that you have to be careful not to let your cheek cover the mic hole. So I guess tell me your experiences, good or bad, with calling people on the BB 8703e. Thanks

no problems with people not hearing me...

but i have noticed that my coverage is a little more "fragile" now. as i drive around LA calls drop more than they used to.

still, i love it.

I too have heard bad reports on the voice quality with the 8703e, but I certainly hope they were the exception and not the rule, because Telus is finally offering the 8703e and I will be ordering mine on Monday morning.

Hrm. My wife tells me that I am much clearer on the 8703e than i was on my 7250. I haven't noticed a diiference on the BB end.

That sounds re-assurring to me.:smile: I currently have a 7130e, and it seems to be hit and miss in terms of voice clarity on the other end. Some days I have people actually hang up the phone because I sound so crackily they simply cannot understand a thing I am saying.(n)
