Any ideas,
We currently have an issue affecting about 400 users on 1 BES. When users send mails externally to the company the disclaimer applied at the internet Gateway becomes corrupt. If the mail is sent from Outlook everything is fine. The problem affects users on a version 4.0 server with SP4.
We also have a 3.6 server that communicates with the same exchange servers but does not have this issue. At a bit of a loss to what is causing this as all mails exit the company via the same route.
When the mails hit the IMG BES will no longer be involved so that confuses things a bit more.
Has anyone else come across this before?
My first thought was the IMG had problems applying the disclaimer due to encryption but we have 9 BES servers that do not have this issue.
