We bought 22 T-Mobile 7100t's to replace older Verizon 7750 units. On two of them, I've had the units go into a condition where the hourglass just spins and spins and nothing will get the units to reboot. If connected to a PC, they are not recognized.
Am I doing something wrong? One was fresh out of the box, I loaded OS 4, it got slower and slower then quit working.
The other one had been deployed for a week then it did the same thing.
