Ok, got another one.
What are all the files needed to clean out a computer of the existence of Blackberry Software?
I start by removing Desktop Software and Handheld software from Add/Remove Programs.
Then I manually delete folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\Research in Motion
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research in Motion
Then in Regedit:
HKCU\Software\Research in Motion
What I need to do is get rid of the BB on a particular user's profile. When he is logged in, the 7100t just hangs on 'connected to desktop' when plugged in. The little icon in the tray blinks, but it doesn't pop up that it is connected or trying to synch. But when I log in as someone else, it works fine. Something in his profile is hosed that I need to delete, and can't find anything else than I've listed above. Does anyone know any other hidden places?
