Broken "U" key on 8703e

Just wondering if anyone else has run into an issue with the keyboard on the 8703e. Mine is less than two weeks old and already the U key no longer "clicks" when pressed. It still works, but there is not tactile way of knowing that it has been pressed.

Sprint is replacing the phone with minimal aggrevation on my end, but I'm worried that this could very easily happen again. For me, it's not that big a deal. For my end users, it will cause me eternal headaches.

Has anyone else run into similar issues?

The first 8700c I had, had an "M" key that sometimes worked, sometimes didn't right out of the box. It clicked just fine but didn't always register. Cingular replaced it without a problem. With so many keys, you are just bound to run into this once in a while. Never had that problem again though.
