I have a blackberry 8703e through Sprint. How do I go about getting a user@<hidden> account?

Go to the setup email icon on your device, or use the Sprint BIS website from your PC.

Did you get a Blackberry data plan first when you bought your 8703e? You need to have Sprint add the data plan to your account and then do the step above.
