Sharing Outlook Public Calendar thru BES

I have a small computer with about 6 Blackberry users. Now, we basically share a public calendar amongst each other.

My BES Server is running BlackBerry Manager 4.1.0.32. How can I get that public calendar to synch to my BlackBerries instead of the user's personal calendar?

If anyone could answer this question for me it'd be greatly appreciated.
