I'm new here, I'm looking for software which enables me when my bb is hooked up to my pc (via USB) to send sms on my pc and goes out via my bb.

You can not send data via USB so I don't think it would be possible to send an SMS through your PC. You should also include which model BB you have when you have a question like this.

Correct, this is not possible to do at the present time. Calendar, Tasks, Address Book and Mail are the only items able to be synched between the computer and BB unless you have a Pearl.
