Unrecognized document format

Service Provider: TMO US
BB Data Plan: BIS

I tried to send myself a word document (resume) to my Gmail / Yahoo mail. Email gets pushed to my BB. After I click on the "retrieve" option, it displays a msg "Unrecognized document format".

However, the same resume was sent to my gmail / yahoo and I was about to retrieve it without issue.

any ideas?

by the way, i tried to resend the service book. it did not work. I am going to remove the battery and put it back to see if it works.

Same here. All other formats opened fine PDF, WPD, TXT, XLS but DOC does not come up as being supported. Table of Contents and Full Content get the X next to them when retrieved.
