7250 has lost some contact information

We have a user that has a 7250. It has lost several contacts that are in Outlook. We have tried the soft reboot and the hard reboot but neither have worked. We have also tried to remove the contact in Outlook and reenter it, but it didn't appear in the Blackberry. We are on the BEZ system.
