View Full Version : Outlook Calendar Syncs, but not Outlook Contacts

I've got this odd problem where the BlackBerry Desktop syncs with the Calendar, but not the Contacts. I'm getting a message that says:

"No Outlook or MS Exchange folders appear to be configured.
Please run Intellisync Configure, and make sure all selected Applications have associated Outlook/MS Exchange folders."

The Calendar and Contacts are configured the same, as far as I can tell. Any suggestions as to what's causing this?

I solved my own problem. I closed Desktop Manager. Next, I went to 'Start' on the bottom right of the screen, the choose 'Search'. I did a search for the "Intellisync" folder and deleted it. I reopened Desktop Manager and reconfigured Intelisync. It worked like a champ!
