Hi all,
A client of mine is using BB with desktop redirector as their needs are too small to warrant use of a BES. Since Friday, 1 of the two Blackberry's they have has stopped redirecting email to the device, whilst the other one still works perfectly. I have tried to take them through re-configuring the redirection sttings but no option for email comes up. Only options for calendar, address book, tasks etc. Any ideas?
