Hi, I am new to this forum, so please excuse if this has been handled elsewhere (though I could not find a similar problem)
I am on my second 7130c in less than a week. Both models are experiencing the same problem. The first one worked for about 2 days after which it gave me some cryptic error message: "JUT error" (????) asking me to reset. After reset, the BB rebooted, however it never gets passed the Cingular splashscreen, iternally displaying an hour glass (I have waited for over 2 hours on one occassion). Removing and replacing the battery does not help (same reaction). Removing SIM card and running without SIM also does the same.
The first 7130c went back and was replaced (again it did this after about 2 days). The second took less than a day to do the same. I guess it will also have to go back.
Anybody have any suggestions or know if this is a known issue? Maybe (hopefully) I am just getting a bad run of these.
