BB newbie - using BB 7100v - with Microsoft Outlook on XP
I seem to be getting a network update email 50 times a day.
I understand they keep me in contact but can I opt to stop seeing these emails. It's taking an age to delete them

They're the ones entitled "network@<hidden>"

Any help gladly taken.

i looks to me that you are running redirector. check your forwarding address and also generate the new service books.

Martin--

If you're using redirector then you will get one of those network messages in your mailbox each time an email is sent to or from your BlackBerry. Mine usually disappear within a minute, but if you're on a slower connection to your Exchange server then it may take longer. To my knowledge, there is no way to stop those emails because they are part of what makes the redirector speak with both Exchange and your BB.

These messages should also automatically delete themselves. Once they disappear from the inbox you should not see them anywhere in your outlook.
