What is going on? This phone is buggy as hell! Tried resetting the phone, but since I'm away from home right now, there is only so much that I can do.

Any suggestions?? Thanks!

This has worked for me....It's happened 2-3 times since I've had the pearl.

I actually use compressed air....but whatever suits your fancy!

As Pearl owners we should probably make that small investment. You can then clean your computer keyboard too!

Update: I used a cotton swab and some iso alcohol, and applied some force. I felt a slight physical resistance, like a piece of material inside, and now it seems to work fine.
