7130e Password Problems

Hi;

I have a 7130e and somehow when I type in my password to unlock the unit actual letters come up in the field and not the stars that used to come up. The normal password does not work in this situation so I cannot get into my blackberry. I didn't do anything in particular. It was in my jacket pocket and the next time I tried to unlock it, the letters came up.

So instead of ******* I get actual letters.

Problem solved. Don't know how, don't know why, but it is now fixed.

7130e Password Problem? I don't want to have to enter a password to access my unit. How do I bypass the initial password requirement?

I have the same problem, but no idea how to stop it. I am on attempt 8/10 and worrying. I need my emails, any help is much appreciated. It is the Blackberry Peal
