Alltel will finally pick up the 8703e tomorrow. What was the best improvement you've noticed in moving up from the 7250 or 7100?

It's a great unit. The best improvement is definitely the screen. BT sync might be a close second.

The only areas it really lost ground to the 7250 in are the strength of the vibrating mechanism and the durability. I don't actually KNOW that the 8703e is less visible, it's just not the same type of plastic, and it SEEMS like it would be much more brittle.

My wife has run over her 7250 with a jeep, and had it sit under a foot of snow for a weekend (when she left it on top of the car on Friday, before abig snowstorm!) and the thing will not die. I somehow doubt my 8703e would be able to survive those conditions. Hopefully I'm wrong. Actually, I hope I never find out.

Thanks, but what is BT synch? I assume it's a new form of wireless synching with Outlook et al?

Allows you to sync with your desktop manager via BT instead of having to connect the USB cable.

That part is not clear. What are the advantages of 02? I see it dicussed here a lot...
