Voicemail Speed Dial Gone!

This is one of my most used 8700g shortcuts... Holding down the 1 key to dial my voicemail and after doing a backup and restore... Its gone! How can I get it back?

To fix this, go to the phone screen, press the scroll wheel in and go to "View Speed Dial List". Go to "W" and even if there is nothing showing, press the scroll wheel and choose Delete. Once that is done, reboot the device, or remove and replace the battery. Once the device boots back up, you should be able to dial voicemail by simply pressing the W(1) key.

This worked just fine on my Sprint 8703e just a couple of minutes ago.

"W" ?? I switched mine to "V" for voicemail

W = 1 on an 8700. The traditional number for Voicemail.
