My 1st BB - no browser???

Hi all, as the topic states, I'm a new BB user/owner. I just purchased an 8700c on eBay to replace my Cingular 2125. I talked to cingular help desk via their online chat program and had my unlimited BB plan activated. However, I have no browser nor can I find a way to activate any e-mail accounts. I did use the cingular portal to activate my e-mail accounts and what not.

Any insight on this?

i jsut rebooted my 8700 and i noticed the email and browser are there now...sorry about that...

generally when that happens you can reboot (you see that worked)..if that fails, re send service books and re register the host routing table..If the phone is provisioned properly, then those steps will do the trick....
