I have two Pearls, one that never synced up with Desktop Manager / Redirector option. The other one I think the user did install it, and chose Redirector instead of BES (which is what we have). Is this why I can't find the option for Reconcile Now under Options or On Conflicts for Email Reconciliation? They are claiming, among other things, contacts are not syncing up.
