"MORE" not working

Hey folks, I have a user with the following error on his 7250 when he tries to get "more" on a truncated message...

"More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found"

Any ideas what the problem might be?

Have you tried logging into the carrier BIS setup and sending the service books?

Opps, forgot to say that this user is on a BES server..

i have the same problem w/ one of my users on the BES. Any solutions?

Service books are corrupt, i.e. Desktop CMIME service book.

You can do a delete and undelete. Try just a delete and generate 3 new encryption keys through the redirector settings, or delete and push new service books from the BES.
