7130e Charging HELP

Hey all,

I just got a new 7130e Blackberry. It came with some sort of generic A/C charger. When it is plugged in, the screen stays on, I can't turn it off. Also the battery icon on the main screen pulses like it is charging. The problem is that it is NOT charging. Why is this? Do these phones not work with generic chargers, please help!! TIA

the screen on the 7130e does not pulse it shows lighting bolt i use the charger from razr but a new charger is not that expensive

Did you try a power off and on or removing the battery. If not I would buy a new charger. The wrong charger can really mess up your device.
