Can anyone tell me why my Browser Icon Disappeared? I installed BBToday and it was gone. I went to the home screen and "show all" and still nothing. Everything else is ther, just not the browser.

Try:

1) a hard reset by pulling the battery

2) resend your service books from the Web Client or BES

I resent my service books as soon as I sent my problem to you guys and it came up. Any thoughts as to why this happened?

Some unexpected interaction between the OS and the third party application during the installation process ... I've seen that sort of thing reported here before ... I wouldn't be concerned about it.
