This Blackberry gets synchronized i.e new mails come in fine on Outlook and Blackberry Handheld But if we delete mails from the BB then the mails do not automatically get deleted from the handheld and the vice versa.Email Reconcilation does not help.Reloaded the handheld s/w and then did a wireless sync but still no go.
