View Full Version : Verizon 8703e not sending emails

OK I have a Blackberry 8703e from Verizon and I have BES Express set up on my server. Now, about a couple of weeks ago, it stopped sending emails from the phone. When you send the message looks like it sends and has a check mark like it sent but if you go back and look at the messages a little while later, it will have an X instead of the Check...

I checked with Verizon and they said the phone was responding ok and everything looks ok with the Software on the server. Is there anything I can check that will hopefully get this fixed ASAP?

You can try removing and re-adding the account via BIS. Sometimes it's something internal with BIS and that fixes it. Also, you can try sending a Service Book from BIS to your device. Both those things have unclogged the pipes for me before.
