Blackberry 8700C Sync Problems with Contacts

I'm having a problem when I try and sync up all 750 of my contacts from Outlook to my Blackberry. The message I get as it is trying to sync is "Unable to write or update application data". Does anyone know how to fix this? Please let me know as I need all my contacts on my Blackberry ASAP.

You have a contact record in Outlook that has no name AND no company name. The sync software has a problem with blank records. Either remove the offending record(s) or update them to include one or the other.

I think the latest version of Desktop Manager fixes it, but don't quote me on it.

Contacts have to have something in ONE of the First, Last OR Company name fields.

Never heard that desktop manager fixes as it is the same problem wireless or wired sync - conflict between RIM and Microsoft....
