What or how much information can my office see on my blackberry?

My company operates a Blackberry Enterprise Server. I also had a separate POP account set up on my blackberry. When I initialized the Enterprise Server, copies of e mails from the separate private POP account showed up under the Enterprise messages icon. Are these private messages being synched with my office's server?, if so, how do I prevent this?

Welcome to the forums....

Assume they can see everything. It all depends on what version of BES they are running. The newer versions of BES log everything. You don't necessarily know when they upgrade so just assume they see everything, pins, contacts, BIS mails if they allow, etc. all of it.

John Clark it right, just assume they can, because they probably can and DO monitor ALL activity :)

That's a big downer. I do like how I don't have to connect anything to sync with my Outlook. All I have to do is add contacts, calendar events and tasks on my tablet and they show up on my 8700. Pretty cool.
