Verizon Wireless BB Web Client DEAD AGAIN!

It seems the Verizon wireless BB web client is down AGAIN. This is the third time in one month.

Sending messages from my blackberry or using the www.blackberry.net/go/vzw website is hit or miss. Some messages arrive almost immediately, while others take up to 30-40 minutes to arrive, and finally some sent messages are lost in space.

Yesterday, I couldn't send any emails at all from my BB 7250.

I called VZW tech support, they are aware of the problem and "Working on it now".

I called their Wireless Data Tech Support line (866-788-9387) and they have fixed the problem. I mentioned to the tech that my user had not received any new emails on his device since the 30th and he sent out a new service book. Let's hope that fixes the problem.
