Gmail BIS help

i have a Gmail account an i use BIS i get my email instantly but if the email comes while I’m talking on the phone it gets delayed to about 10 minutes after i finish the call and some time i don’t receive it at all any advice

I haven't had that happen to me. Usually if I'm on a call, I get it instantly when I end the call.

Maybe a soft reset may help. Not sure but it's work a shot.
