What is the deal with Verizon?

At one point bluetooth was supported by the VZ access manager and now it's not???? I've seen old screenshots that showed it in use. Can I download an older version of access manager? I searched the frums here but found only misc articles. Am I the only one that is P.O'ed that they are reigning in technology? They 8703E is perfectly capable of being a bluetooth modem yet they wont implement it, wtf?

You're not the only one. It shouldn't be a surprise that Verizon cripples their devices. That's precisely why I won't sign on with them no matter how great their coverage is (and coverage is always my top criterion with wireless carriers).
