7100G attachment viewing problem

I can not open any attachments. Anyone know where I can get a service book for this? Thanks.

Install the Desktop Manager and your BB OS software package to your PC. Then plug in the BB, run DM/Application Loader. Check the box that says "Blackberry Attachment Service" to install that capability.
