BB 8700g synchronize contact

Good afternoon
i'm from Italy and before i want to say sorry, at all, for my bad english.

So, this is my problem:
i have a BB 8700g and i can't synchronize the contact from outlook. The process stopped at middle, i can copy only 246 of 561 contact.
The customer care saw me that is probably a bug by the desktop software manager (???).

Someone can help me?

I think someone else posted this problem recently and they said they fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the Desktop Manager. Might work for you too. Make sure the BB is not plugged in while installing.
