I have an urgent issue that I'd appreciate any/all help with. Bottom line, is I have a high-priority user who is not receiving attachments on their blackberry because it is being reported as a 0kb file, through the MIME header information, which a blackberry won't pick up to read.
So, in essence the blackberry doesn't even show that there is an attachment to read (no paper clip, no option to open, etc.) because it is only reported as a 0kb file, but GroupWise can still see the attachments on those messages.
My questions are:
1) Has anyone seen issues with this and can help me discover why/where the information is being changed to report the attachment is 0kb
and/or
2) Is there any way to enable the blackberry to see these 0kb attachments?
