Issues syncing Outlook

My Outlook contacts will never completely sync with my Blackberry. My service provider is Cingular.

Any ideas? If anyone requires additional information, I'll gladly provide it.

You're likely gonna need to post more detail, i.e., are you BES or BIS.
Are you trying to synch over BES, or via Desktop using Intellisych?
What is not synching (i don't believe subfolders in Outlook will synch with your BB), or are you speaking of contacts in Outlook in the main folder?

If you are getting some but not all of your contacts look through them for any that have nothing in one of the first, last or company name fields. Outlook will let you save a totally blank contact as well as contacts with nothing in the full name fields. Wireless sync of contacts pulls all subfolders beneath the main contact folder wired sync requires you to map additional subfolders.
