Weird browser problem

Posted this on the 8700 forum but am in need of help from everyone!

I have an 8700 in the UK on Vodafone. Until this morning my browser worked fine. In the last few hours I can only use the browser by creating bookmarks in my "Services" folder. I can then go to a website (using the bookmark) and can then use the "Go to" option to go to other sites. What I cannot do is use any bookmarks I create in the Blackberry bookmarks folder or use the "Go to" menu option without having gone down the Services route described above! When I try to do these things I get a message that says:

"Unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your administrator".

Can anyone help?

Have you tried pulling the battery?

I've been getting the same thing with my Cingular service.

The advice I've been given, after trying all else, is to contact Cingular, so it's off to the Cingular store (where I know there's a blackberry savvy guy) during my lunch break to see how to fix.
