I've searched, but the only stuff I can find regarding Gmail filtering deals with keeping out the dupe sent items.

I'd like to be able to filter out specific messages (based on subject line) from being delivered to my handheld. An old listserv that I've been on for years suddenly became active in the past few weeks, and getting messages from it on my BB every 5 minutes is really annoying.

Any suggestions?

Log into your gmail account and set up a filter(s) OR add the list serverer addy to the junk mail list from INSIDE the gmail account :)

Depends on how you are receiving Gmail to BB. If you are fwding from gmail to BB then Lunkhead is correct. However if you are using BIS, then set the filter there.

Excellent point. I was about to ask if there was 'another' way, because I do want to view the messages via gmail.com - just not get them on my BB - and don't feel like sorting thru my junk.

I just went into the BIS account, created a new filter where it doesn't deliver to my handheld if the subject contains '[siteops]'

Thanks guys!
